This condition is urgent due to the high incidence rate, risk of serious complications such as stroke and heart failure and death. Low public knowledge in the management of hypertension, non-compliance with taking medication, unhealthy living behavior will risk hypertension. Lack of public knowledge about emergency management in patients with hypertensive crisis at home will be fatal to the sufferer. Health education will be conducted on July 2, 2025. Place in Dusun Bancang and Tegal Gaden Village, Trucuk, Klaten. Methods with lectures, discussions. Media with Leatflet and Power Point. Evaluation tools with pre and post test questionnaires. This health education is in collaboration with partners: Trucuk II health center, Gaden Village. Health education is needed to increase awareness of the Gaden Village community in preventing hypertensive crises, strengthening early detection and management of hypertensive crises, and management of emergencies. This community service activity aimed to improve public knowledge and awareness regarding blood pressure control among participants of Posbindu Pos 2 Melati, Borongan Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. The activity included blood pressure screening, pre-test, hypertension education using PowerPoint presentations and educational hand fans, interactive discussions, post-test, and distribution of educational media. A total of 24 participants attended the activity, while 18 participants completed the pre-test and post-test evaluation. The average knowledge score increased from 81.1 before the education session to 93.3 after the intervention, indicating an average improvement of 12.2 points. Poor adherence to Iron Supplement Tablet (IST) consumption is one of the factors contributing to the increased risk of anemia. This community service program aimed to improve adolescent girl’s knowledge and awareness of the importance of IST consumption as an effort to prevent anemia. The program involved 30 female students from SMA Negeri 1 Karangnongko and was conducted throught health education using PowerPoint presentations, posters, leaflets, interactive discussions, question and answer sessions, and educational games. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated using pre-test and post-test asessements, followed by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 92.67 to 94.67, although the improvement was not statistically significant (p=0.574). The occurrence of stunting can negatively impact children’s growth, brain development, and cognitive function. In efforts to prevent and reduce stunting rates, the health quality of young people, particularly adolescent girls, is considered crucial in supporting these initiatives. Adolescents play an important role in preventing and reducing the incidence of stunting. The involvement of adolescent in stunting prevention can make a substantial contribution to improving the quality of life for children in the future. Jiwan Village is located approximately 13 km from the center of Klaten, and a portion of adolescents marry at a young age. Many adolescents still lack knowledge about how to prevent stunting. This activity aims to provide nutrition education to adolescent in Jiwan Village. The educational program conducted using brainstorming and lecture-based question-and-answer methods. The media employed will include flipcharts and audiovisual tools. The program implemented in Jiwan Village. The activity was held in Jiwan Village and was attended by 29 teenagers. The results show an increase in average knowledge after education, from 74.5 to 91.7. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perilaku hidup sehat, penggunaan obat warung secara berlebihan, serta kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan tanaman herbal menjadi permasalahan kesehatan yang masih ditemukan di Desa Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Pedan, Kabupaten Klaten. Padahal, tanaman herbal seperti jahe (Zingiber officinale) dan sereh (Cymbopogon citratus) memiliki kandungan senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi meningkatkan sistem imun tubuh melalui aktivitas antioksidan, antiinflamasi, dan imunomodulator. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuaan dan keterampilan kader posyandu mengenai pemanfaatan tanaman herbal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi kesehatan, demonstrasi pembuatan minuman herbal “Wedang Bugar”, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 30 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuaan peserta dari 97,33% menjadi 100%. However, many female students still struggle to convey messages in a coherent, engaging, and confident manner. Therefore, this community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of female students in applying storytelling techniques to public speaking in front of a camera. The activity was held at the Rooihatul Jannah Islamic Boarding School with 33 participants, 31 of whom completed the entire program. The implementation methods included presenting material on public speaking, storytelling techniques, and techniques for speaking on camera, followed by hands-on practice and evaluation through participant testimonial sessions. The results of the activity showed that the training went well and received positive feedback. Participant attendance reached 93.94%, while the evaluation of the material delivery showed that 72% of participants rated it as good, 18% as fair, and 10% as poor. In addition, the storytelling techniques module was perceived as the most beneficial by participants (31%), followed by building confidence in front of the camera (24%), camera operation (17%), delivering engaging messages (16%), and crafting storytelling scripts (12%). Overall, this program successfully improved the participants’ understanding of storytelling techniques, boosted their confidence in speaking in front of the camera, and enhanced their ability to convey messages more effectively. Limited knowledge regarding its causes, risk factors, and prevention prompted this community service program. The activity aimed to improve adolescent girls’ knowledge of anemia prevention through health education at SMPII Al Abidin Klaten. Conducted on Juny 2026, the program involved 31 female students from class VII C. The intervention consisted of a pre-test, health education using PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, discussions, the Kartu Milenial Sehat (KMS) Board Game, and a post-test. The mean knowledge score increased from 68.39 to 94.19, with an N-Gain score of 0.69 (moderate category). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001).
